STRONG ARGUMENT IN SUPPORT OF THE FACT THAT MR. "GEORGE.W. BUSH" HIMSELF LED THE TEXAS FRAME UP OF THE YEAR 2001 AGAINST "JESUS. A. CABAL" IN FURTHERANCE OF A CONSPIRACY.

 

 

The testimony given during the trial plus the entire record in the alleged rape case against Mr. Cabal does show that Texas law enforcement officials manipulated the two "young female thugs" to get Jesus Alberto Cabal in legal trouble, most likely following orders that came all the way from the White House. As further evidence of the conspiracy it has to be told that:

A. Jesus Alberto Cabal had been kept under 24-hour surveillance by at least the F.B.I since early 1982, which means that federal officials did know for a fact that the "young female thugs" had told him that they were "19 and 20 years old", that they wanted Mr. Cabal to buy them drugs (which he did not do), and also that they were "hookers" since this is what they stated in the living room of Mr. Cabal´s house.

B. Federal officials could have told Texas officials, at least, that to charge Mr. Cabal with "aggravated sexual assault" would be far from the truth since they knew exactly what had happened inside of Mr. Cabal´s house.

C. Mr. Cabal was already a political prisoner whose rights had been suspended via Executive Orders issued by former President Ronald Reagan in the early eighties denying him the right to receive compensation from his law suits filed in Federal Courts. In other words, “President Reagan” had literally removed him from the jurisdiction of the federal court system, and this is corroborated by the fact that the United States Supreme Court refused to hear Mr. Cabal´s challenge to the constitutionality of the Texas statute invoked to prosecute him. The “Supreme Court” disregarded the fact that most criminal lawyers in Texas do consider the law at issue as "unconstitutional", and as the equivalent to a "Bill of Attainder".  President “George W. Bush” should have known that!

D. In the United States Federal law supersedes state law, thus, if the legal rights of Jesus Alberto Cabal had been suspended via an “Executive Order” since the year of 1982; then, the state of Texas did not have the authority to prosecute him since the moneys or "assets" which have been literally “frozen" by the Federal government from Mr. Cabal were needed and essential in his defense from the state charges". President George W. Bush and his legal counsels should have known that as well!

E. MOREOVER, PRESIDENT BUSH WAS OUT TO GET MR. CABAL AS FOLLOWS:

1. “Jesus Alberto Cabal” had been a resident of The United States for almost 30 years, and he had never been accused of any crimes in any state previous to the alleged "rape" charges filed in Texas. It is too much of a coincidence that the charges were filed in a state of the Union where "Mr. George W. Bush" had been the governor just a few months earlier.

2. The alleged rape charge against Mr. Cabal was assigned to purportedly the "most conservative judge in the state of Texas" according with the many lawyers who talked to Mr. Cabal in this regard. As a matter of fact, most lawyers as soon as they found out that the case had been assigned to judge Peschall used to say: "To be honest with you Mr. Cabal, your chances of prevailing on the merits with this judge presiding are almost zero". Under those conditions, it is no surprising that the entire proceedings plus the trial of the case were conducted under a strict censorship prohibiting the general public, and the news media from having access to the facts of the case. Without a doubt, this was something done as to ensure that Mr. Cabal could not have a chance to prevail on the merits.

3. Almost all the law suits that “Jesus Alberto Cabal” filed in federal courts of the United States since the year of 1982 were filed in the state of "Missouri". When Mr. George W. Bush was elected President the first thing he did was to name as U.S Attorney General a Mr. John Ashcroft  who was a former governor of the state of "Missouri", and whose office Mr. Jesus Cabal had contacted on several occasions during the 1980s seeking help in his civil law suits. Mr Ashcroft was not precisely known as a great legal mind.

4. After taking office President Bush also named as White House counsel a Hispanic lawyer with the name of "Alberto Gonzales" who had been born in the metro area where the events took place (San Antonio). What a coincidence that Mr. Cabal´s middle name is also "Alberto". In fact, the closest town to the city in which he lived in Texas just before being charged with the "alleged rape" is known as "Gonzales".

5. Furthermore, two (2) law suits that “Jesus A. Cabal” filed in the U.S District Court in San Antonio, Texas, against officials and agencies of the U.S Government and the State of Texas alike, were assigned to a Republican Federal Judge named “Edward Prado” who had been appointed to the bench by former President “Ronald W. Reagan”, a named co-conspirator in both law suits, altogether with former President “George H.W. Bush” (father). Now, in spite of Mr. Cabal’s objections to the appointment of this Judge on the grounds that he had a clear “conflict of interest”, Judge Prado eventually dismissed both law suits without a hearing on the matter ignoring the provisions of Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and therefore ignoring the overwhelming evidence in support of the existence of a massive conspiracy to violate the civil rights of “Jesus A. Cabal” by government officials.

To make a story short: What was the payout for “Judge Prado” after his grossly unlawful behaviour? Well, a few months later President George W. Bush himself appointed him as an Appellate Judge to the powerful “U.S Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit”.

6. Since the nineteen eighties government officials, (or "agents"), have been spreading rumors throughout the United States alleging that President Ronald Reagan suspended Jesus Cabal's rights because purportedly there was an individual of "African Descent" who was claiming to have engaged in homosexual activity with him. Ironically, one of the two "female thugs" who victimized Mr. Cabal in the state of Texas turned out to be a “homosexual young man" who was dressed as a woman, and who in that particular night was trying to coerce “Jesus” to sodomize him. This behaviour was something that Mr. Cabal emphatically rejected. Folks, I hereby submit to you that these facts are without a doubt strong evidence of a "criminal conspiracy" against Jesus Alberto Cabal.

7. Additionally, the two letters from "CBS" and "USA TODAY" dated March, and November of 1988, and attached to this Web Site as "Exhibits" might very well indicate that president’s George W. Bush´s actions were not only in furtherance of a conspiracy, but also an act of "personal revenge" as a result of Jesus Cabal´s past comments and law suits involving his own father, the former President George H.W. Bush.

Now. Is all of this just a coincidence?  Not quite!  This is direct evidence (not circumstantial), that "Mr. George W. Bush" was sending out the message to Jesus A. Cabal: "I am out to get you!... And folks...He really did it!”

MASSIVE RACIAL PREJUDICE.

 

Pages 158-159 of the Deposition given by Manager "Paul Myers" from Envirodyne Engineers, Inc., during the year of 1984, offering compelling evidence indicating that another supervisor known as: Mr. Humburg was racially prejudice against people of “Hispanic Heritage”, and thereafter against employee “Jesus Alberto Cabal”, when “Jesus Cabal” was employed at such company in the city of Saint Louis, Missouri.

DID FEDERAL JUDGE “EDWARD PRADO” JUMP OR WAS HE PUSHED?

 

One very important question that must be answered is the following: Was Federal Judge "Edward Prado" compelled  via an Executive Order signed by President “George W. Bush”  to violate the civil rights of Jesus Alberto Cabal in the United States' District Court for the Western District of Texas?

THE FACTS OF THIS CASE:

During the year of 2002, I, Jesus Alberto Cabal, did file two law suits in the United States’ District Court for the Western District of Texas located in the city of San Antonio accusing several U.S Attorneys General, and former Directors of the F.B.I of engaging in a massive conspiracy with other officials at the State and Federal levels to violate my civil rights. The charges which among other things described several violations to the Federal statutes: 42 U.S.C §1981, §1983, and 42 U.S.C §1985(2) and (3), also argued that the indictment by the State of Texas against me for the alleged “sexual assault of a minor” and filed in the year 2001, was nothing else than a shameless fabrication, and an act in furtherance of a conspiracy against me initiated by the former "Ronald Reagan Administration" in the nineteen eighties, and which was perpetuated later on throughout the "Bill Clinton and George Bush" Administrations  while arguing the “Protection of the National Security of the United States”.

This of course, was a “gimmick” to cover up the tremendous blunder by Mr. Reagan himself in my case, and thereafter to be able to impose a stiff censorship upon the news media to ensure that the American public could never find out the truth.

But let’s go back to Judge Edward Prado and answer the question: Who is this man? Well, it turns out that Federal Judge Prado is an “ultra conservative” republican lawyer at least on civil rights matters, and who also believes that most civil rights law suits are “frivolous in nature”.

He was appointed to the bench at the District Court for the Western District of Texas by former President “Ronald Reagan” in the nineteen eighties. Folks, what a coincidence it is, that of all the federal judges in such district of Texas the clerk of the court had to refer or assign to Judge Prado not just one, but the two (2) law suits that I, Jesus Alberto Cabal, did file as a result of a "massive conspiracy" initiated in the nineteen eighties by no one else than the same President Ronald Reagan who appointed him to the bench.

In fact, judge Prado dismissed my civil rights law suits arguing that “I” had purportedly failed to exhaust the remedies before filing a law suit against the Federal Officials at issue. However, Judge Prado did not mention at all, or “forgot” that the law suits already contained a copy (or an Addendum) of the “Administrative Claim” that I had already filed with the Department of Justice in Texas during November 24 of 1998, in which I named most of the federal officials involved in the Conspiracy at issue including three (3) former U.S Presidents as well. Those Presidents were: Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and George W. Bush (son). Unfortunately, the Department of Justice never filed an answer to such document.

Such “Administrative Claim” was the precondition that federal law does require before suing U.S government employees, and that Judge Prado had to know Jesus Alberto Cabal had filed three (3) years earlier with the Department of Justice not only in San Antonio, Texas, but also in Washington D.C., because I had stated said fact within the pleadings filed with Judge Prado.  In fact, the actions of Judge Prado were so corrupt and deliberate that after refusing to appoint me a lawyer to represent me in this matter, he proceeded to order a Motion for Summary Judgment and also refused to give me a ten (10) days extension of time to gather additional documents needed to prove to him that those requirements had already been fulfilled as mandated by law. (Of course, not that he was unaware of this fact already). Judge Prado disregarded the fact that Rule-56 of the "Federal Rules of Civil Procedure" categorically sets forth that when a litigant provides enough evidence either “direct and/or circumstantial" in support of his case, the law suit must be allowed to proceed to a trial before an impartial jury for proper adjudication.

Furthermore, in what can only be described as adding insult to injury a few months after unlawfully dismissing my law suits without a single hearing, President George W. Bush (son) rewarded Judge Edward Prado with a seat in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans, Louisiana; when in fact he should have been impeached for the unlawful rulings in my case. This fact, combined with the appointment of another “ultra conservative republican judge” and “pro-child activist” (Judge Peschall) as the chief judge in the fabricated charges that the state of Texas filed against me for the so called “sexual assault of a minor” are the “ICING ON THE CAKE”, and probably one of the strongest evidence yet that President George W. Bush (son) himself did engage in a "massive criminal conspiracy" against me, in total violation of the laws, and the Constitution of the United States.

 

 

Letters of Recommendation, and/or “Evaluations” issued by a professor of Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico named Dr. Jaime Roman which were sent to the Graduate School at Southern Illinois University on behalf of  "Jesus Alberto Cabal"  during the year of 1981, stating that in his opinion Jesus Cabal was among the top 25% of his class.

 

Results for the "Cyanide Analysis" of January 15, 1982, (PROJECT # 1709), which was performed in the Quality Control Laboratory of "Envirodyne Engineers" in the city of Saint Louis, Missouri by "Jesús Alberto Cabal". On this occassion "Jesús" found approximately 3.0 grams of cyanide in sample #6 of the site #107. However, his supervisor "P. Myers" did alter the result as to show a lesser amount of 1.37 grams per liter of solution after "Jesús Cabal" refused to change such data. The result highlighted in the "Pink Color” reveals Mr. Myers' own hand writing and the initials of his name.

 

Report issued by the "Environmental Protection Agency" or “E.P.A” in the year of 1991, stating that Dr. Carol Byington the Laboratory Director at "Envirodyne Engineers" from Earth City, Missouri, and the former boss of Jesus Cabal in said company; was convicted and sent to jail for engaging in a "Massive Fraud" related to the manipulation of the “Test Results” for samples which were analyzed for environmental contamination.
